Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESQ) (the "Company"), the financial holding company for Esquire Bank, National Association ("Esquire Bank" or the "Bank"), (collectively "Esquire") today announced plans to establish a branch location in Los Angeles, California, subject to the receipt of regulatory approval.
