Zhitong Finance App News, Ousheng Electric (301187.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some of the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchases will later be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The total capital for the repurchase shall not be less than RMB 15 million and not more than RMB 30 million (all capital included). The implementation period for this share repurchase is within 12 months from the date the board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the repurchase plan.
