Zhitong Finance App News, China Chunlai (01969) announced that on February 2, 2024, Henan Shangqiu Chunlai Education Group (Shangqiu Chunlai, an affiliated entity of the company and the sole school organizer of Shangqiu University (including the School of Applied Science and Technology of Shangqiu University) and Anyang University) signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Gravitational Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. (Gravitational Interconnect, Consulting Service Provider). Based on this, Gravitational Connect agreed to provide a number of consulting services on the design and construction of Shangqiu Chunlai's artificial intelligence (AI) education platform (AI platform).
Such services include, but are not limited to, providing market research and analysis, providing AI platform design and construction guidance, providing feasibility analysis for developing AI platforms, providing ideas and development plans for AI platforms, and providing advice on any related matters. The term of the cooperation agreement is one year from February 2, 2024, and the consulting fee payable by the company is RMB 300,000.
