On September 30, 2023, the rental rate of the Sunshine Real Estate base property portfolio was 93.4%, of which the rental rate of office properties remained at 92.9%. The rental rate of the retail property portfolio improved to 94.3%. The current rental of the Sunshine property Base property portfolio is maintained at HK $45.4 per square foot. In the quarter under review, the property portfolio achieved a negative lease renewal growth of 1.6%.
As far as the office property portfolio is concerned, the occupancy rate of Dah Sing Financial Centre remained at 90.6% on September 30, 2023, and the current rental rate is HK $41.8 per square foot. At the same time, there was a moderate decrease in the occupancy rate of the Sheung Wan / Central office property portfolio, reflecting the cautious attitude of SMEs in the face of a slow economic recovery.
