- Cyber Apps World (OTCPK:CYAP) skyrocketed about 89% on Thursday as it announced a change at the helm, with Canada-based Zenith Energy acquiring the majority stake in the company.
- Under deal terms, Cyber Apps' sole director, William Alessi, appointed Zenith Energy CFO and CEO Luca Benedetto, Ippolito Cattaneo, and director Dario Sodero as directors of Cyber Apps and resigned thereafter.
- Additionally, Benedetto was appointed president and treasurer, and Cattaneo was appointed as the company secretary.
- "The company is exploring potential expansion into other business sectors. Zenith Energy intends to invest in the company to enable it to accomplish future expansion," said Cyber Apps World.
