Gelonghui, September 4?Pilot Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (00399.HK) announced that, after further negotiation and discussion, the subscriber failed to meet its obligations under the subscription Agreement, and having considered, among other things, the current market conditions, the Company and the subscriber have agreed not to proceed with the subscription. Taking into account the above, on 4 September 2023, the Company entered into a termination deed with the subscribers, whereby the parties to the subscription agreed that the subscription Agreement would be terminated as from 4 September 2023, and all rights, interests, obligations and obligations of the parties would be terminated, and no party could make any claim against the other party in respect of any matter arising out of or in connection with the subscription Agreement.
