China-based Century Sage Scientific Holdings Ltd. said Monday that 32.65% of the company's shares have been pledged as security for a loan facility worth 50.0 million yuan ($7.1 million).

總部位於中國的世紀聖人科技控股有限公司(Century Sage Science Holdings Ltd.)週一説，該公司32.65%的股份已被質押，作為一項價值人民幣5,000萬元(合710萬美元)貸款安排的擔保。

The company's controlling shareholder and one of its executive directors pledged the shares to acquire the loan facility, which will be used as general working capital, Century Sage Scientific said.

世紀聖人科學表示，該公司的控股股東及其一名執行董事質押了這些股份，以收購貸款安排，這筆貸款將用作一般營運資金。

The company, which provides hardware and software solutions, said the share pledge wouldn't change its de facto ownership.
