According to this, the company has conditionally agreed to issue to the subscriber, and the subscriber has already conditionally agreed to subscribe for the subscribed shares (that is, a total of 38.54 million new shares).The subscription price of HK$0.153 per share is about 14.53% off the closing price of HK$0.179 per share compared to the closing price of the shares reported by the Stock Exchange on July 18, 2023 (that is, the last trading day immediately before the date of the subscription agreement);The company will distribute and issue subscribed shares to subscribers in accordance with the general mandate.The share subscription accounts for about 2.03% of the total issued share capital of the company which was expanded through the distribution and issuance of subscribed shares following completion.
After deducting the estimated expenses of the subscription items, the net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HK$5.85 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription as general working capital.
