Blue World Acquisition Corporation Announces Extension Of The Deadline For An Initial Business Combination
Blue World Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ:BWAQ) today announced that, in order to extend the date by which the Company must complete its initial business combination from June 2, 2023 to July 2, 2023, an aggregate of $194,324 (the "Extension Fee"), representing $0.0295 per public share of the Company, was deposited into its trust account (the "Trust Account"). In connection with this extension, the Company issued an unsecured promissory note to Blue World Holdings Limited, the sponsor of the Company, to evidence the payment of the Extension Fee.
