Presidio Property Trust Announces Major Lease Extension In North Dakota Portfolio

Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ:SQFT)(NASDAQ:SQFTP), an internally managed, diversified real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announced the lease renewal by Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., a Minnesota-based law firm, at its Dakota Center property located in Fargo, North Dakota.
