Zaandam, the Netherlands, September 27, 2022 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 515,000 of its common shares in the period from September 19, 2022 up to and including September 23, 2022. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 27.28 per share for a total consideration of € 14 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 15, 2021. 
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 25,753,806 common shares for a total consideration of € 703.6 million. 

荷蘭的贊丹，九月 27, 2022-Ahold Delhaize在2022年9月19日至2022年9月23日期間回購了515,000股普通股。這些股票是以每股27.28歐元的平均價格回購的，總代價為1400萬歐元。這些回購是2021年11月15日宣佈的10億歐元股票回購計劃的一部分。
