Zaandam, the Netherlands, September 6, 2022 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 303,973 of its common shares in the period from August 29, 2022 up to and including September 2, 2022. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 27.44 per share for a total consideration of € 8.3 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 15, 2021. 
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 21,483,151 common shares for a total consideration of € 585.6 million. 

荷蘭的贊丹，九月 6, 2022-Ahold Delhaize在2022年8月29日至2022年9月2日期間回購了303,973股普通股。這些股票是以每股27.44歐元的平均價格回購的，總代價為830萬歐元。這些回購是2021年11月15日宣佈的10億歐元股票回購計劃的一部分。
