The Ministry of Commerce and 27 other departments issued the Opinions on Promoting High-quality Development of Foreign Cultural Trade, proposing to deepen the reform of examination and approval in the cultural sector. With a focus on promoting the development of culture and media, online games, animation, and creative design, we will carry out pilot reforms to optimize the approval process, expand trials to review online games, and develop new ways of conducting oversight during and after business activities. To explore the establishment of market-oriented operation of cultural relics appraisal institutions, and encourage social forces to participate in the museum exhibition, education, and cultural development.

商務部等27部門印發《關於推動對外文化貿易高質量發展的意見》，提出深化文化領域審批改革。以發展文化傳媒、網絡遊戲、動漫創意設計為重點，開展優化審批流程改革試點，擴大網絡遊戲審查試點，創新事中事後監管方式。探索建立市場化運作的文物鑑定機構，鼓勵社會力量參與博物館展覽、教育、文化發展。
