Bank of China Limited (the “Bank”) has prepared English and Chinese versions of its 2023 Annual Report and are available on the Bank's website and on the HKEX's disclosable website. The Bank informs Shareholders that, pursuant to Section 2.07 of the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong United Exchange Limited, from 31 December 2023, the Bank will publish the Company's communications electronically, including Board Reports, Annual Accounts, Audit Reports, Interim Reports, Notice of Meeting, Listing Documents, Circulars and Nomination Forms Plaid, etc. Shareholders who wish to receive printed copies of the Company's communications are required to complete the return form and return them to the Bank's H Share Registrar or make a request by e-mail.
