• 10baggerbamm楼主 White_Shadow: today was the first day that I saw a bobblehead on TV who's a real estate analyst for a private investment Bank and he said it's time to begin to accumulate this sector he listed five companies all five are in this portfolio in this basket this leveraged ETF. so I'm on the right side of History I've nailed these ETFs and this one is going to be a huge huge win I have 50,000 shares.. I'm not selling a single share until we crossed $20. I've sold naked puts to collect premium and if I get put the stock on any weakness this ETF I'm perfectly fine accumulating more shares. it's moving much much higher 90% of every mutual fund that ordinarily would have a real estate portfolio segment has none which means 90% will be buying real estate investment trust and real estate companies like data centers like cell tower companies like storage facilities and this portfolio is going straight up

• 10baggerbamm楼主 : neither of them are a day trade okay it's not something it's an investment that lasts a lunch time. kndi is a tremendous value and I believe it should be trading at $10 today minimum.. that being said there needs to be more support for the stock because very few people have heard of it very few people follow it there's no research from any brokerage firm covering it.. and I believe this quarter is going to be tremendous when the earnings come out and subsequent quarters will even be better.. combine that with the fact that the Chinese market has been in a negative trend for several years that even the largest companies within China they were very depressed and now they have started to rally so I think there's a lot of positives associated with investing in kndi but it's not going to be a quick trade even though it went from $2 to 2.90 within a week and a half or. the real appreciation is going to take a bit of time. drn as I said I would buy it if you have the ability to hold it within a 12-month period of time frame if you're looking for something that's going to go up 50 cents tomorrow this may do it it may not do it I don't know.

• 10baggerbamm楼主 10baggerbamm楼主: could go back to nine and a half or 10:00 which is where it was a few months ago very easily but I don't know if it's going to happen today what I do know is the underlying investments are solid the earnings for these companies are really good and they're not being purchased. insectors rotate you have technology sectors that are in favor and they go out of favor you have the banking finance stocks and they go in favor and out of favor so you have to be in them at the right time and let the market come to you. so I was early when I bought the financials I bought them in June and July of last year and I started buying a lot heavier in August and September after they passed their stress test the large Banks and then they got hit on fears of interest rates not being caught additional banking crisis and I took advantage of the opportunity and I bought the leveraged ETF for the large Banks and it went from where I bought it around $16 and it's $31 today. the utility basket leveraged ETF I started buying around 14 and it went over 27 today but it took 6 months and now people are starting to acquire and buy the utility companies and I believe that the real estate ETFs the one in particular is the next leg that's going to have significant appreciation but you need a real period of time to hold it and be patient
