Kjcruise22 : awesome
DudeThatsDerpy : The market cheers as recessionary indicators are ramping up. Historically, there has never been a "soft landing" because the Fed ALWAYS goes too far. The market will have its rate cuts, but not for the reasons it is hoping.
102362254 : There are some key points to watch for. First, the eagerly awaited earnings report, especially after Charlie Munger's passing, may hint at recovery from last year's losses. Second, Buffett's market insights that offer guidance on investments. Attention will also be on the business outlook, given Berkshire's global influence. This earnings event combines financial discussions with an engaging and fun atmosphere.
103057627 : what steps the company taking next. be cash rich?
mr_cashcow :
A week flew by so fast, keeping a close eyes on how Berkshire rebalance their portfolio with them trimming apple and acquiring SiriusXM had me scratching my head
Thanks again for the weekly summary and congrats to all comments who got selected

$AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$
bottoms in weekly RSI looks juicy feast your eyes on the weekly timeframe. Was expecting 3 white soldiers but I'm not mad at all with that candle that printed.
HuatLady :
Berkshire Hathaway yearly earnings meeting is always an exciting event. Besides just looking at the earnings, I am curious about what Warren Buffet thinks about the economy at this moment, how he plans to invest his money and if there are any new stocks he's adding or getting rid of in
Berkshire Hathaway's portfolio.
TMW1986 : Not too sure how much per share will worth. Some said 17-19, some said 21-24. Let’s see how it goes. No matter what below 15-16 consider undervalue? Why share price so low because short seller keep selling. Need to have short squeeze real soon so that Paramount can go to fair value minimum 15-16.
TMW1986楼主 :
All those who long Paramount please do not sell anything no matter the news. Let’s have a short squeeze (13% still shorted). I presume outcome will be as follow:
1) Sony/Apollo go through
2) No deal at all and Paramount will survive through the streaming war in times to come (1-2 years).
I believe all the minority voting shareholders will oppose the Skydance deal unless more is offered to the table. Even if NAI wants to force through, lawsuit will start flying and will become ugly. Warren Buffet and other bigger shareholders are still on the sideline waiting to see what happening next. NAI will not want to offend these shareholders for sure.

TMW1986楼主 72830848: Possible if sony/apollo deal confirm and short covering back.

Justin Brewer : No… Skydance’s exclusive period is over at midnight tonight, but Apollo-Sony ($26 billion) and Allen Media Group ($30 billion) have already offered significantly more money less complicated complete buy-outs of Paramount.
If Sheri Redstone and the Board had abided by their fiduciary duties to all common shareholders, they would have never even considered the Skydance deal—which would have paid Redstone a HUGE premium for her shares while diluting all other shareholders.
zulia3003楼主 : thanks it means still has opportunity. should buy in?
