$Ohmyhome(OMH.US)$actually it seems to do relatively better than the market when the whole property market was down in 2023. Seeing$PropNex(OYY.SG)$and$APAC 产业(CLN.SG)$brokerage rev dropping 20% vs their 8% drop in brokerage, maybe they are actually gaining market share?

This is a micro mini property firm with big dreams. They have invested in the necessary technologies to drive sales , including property management. But these are just the tools. OMH needs the bodies to get results . Need to higher staff and people who can bring in clients and follow thru with closing deals. This year will thus be pivotal: can they execute and bring in the business? Ideas need to be translated into action and the accounts will show who is contributing to the bottom line. Actually all segments should be firing and clinching deals from Feb onwards. Dragon year should be bringing in new drive and desire to soar.
$Ohmyhome(OMH.US)$The results of the first qtr 2024 will surprise on the upside. May even be as high as 70% of the entire 2023 revenue. Of the 3 segments, sales of properties will likely bring in $7.5mil, Property Management $5mil and other partnerships/services/renovations etc another $3.5mil for entire 2024. … overall $16mil.
