是2017年以14美元上市的美国公司，当前价格11.75，上市以来股价下跌了19%。最近一年股价涨幅36.5%，是板块内少有的上升股。
营收5年来呈快速下降趋势，2021年营收仅为2017年的25%，营业利润也从2017年的3.97亿下降到了不足7千万，有意思的是净利润却连涨两年后在2020年暴跌至亏损，2021年又有2亿净利，和营业利润大幅背离。
利润表显示利息负担5年来从3.4亿下降到了4200万，再加上特殊收入项严重干扰，所得税费用还是补贴波动也很大，利润很难预测，不过总体上业务规模是严重收缩的趋势。
资产负债率5年来下降很多，公司在降杠杆的过程，从利息费用的大幅降低也可以看出来。
5年来经营净额不断下降，2021年进入净流出区间，有意思的是投资净额从2018年就开始净流入，主要来自业务交易的净现金流，而融资净额则是不断扩大流出，看起来就是一个努力通过变卖业务来降低负债的公司的外在表现。
与此同时，公司净资产收益率在2020年之前增加到了38.5，2020年亏损后，2021年恢复到11.3%。毛利率5年来从16.3%...

At $10 per share, that’s 60 million shares ti be bought back or roughly 1/3 of all shares and half of the float. This essentially is like a 2-1 reverse split of the float.
