$Garrett Motion(GTX.US)$是2018年上市的瑞士企业，上市以来价格从17.6下滑至今天的6.5，折价63%。5年来毛利率从23.7%下滑至19.5%。
5年来营收3年增长，2年下滑，总体增长不到20%，营业利润和营收曲线类似，总体几乎没有变化，净利润则是2017年大幅亏损，2018年大幅盈利，之后3年利润下滑两年，2021年净利暴涨，其中1.3亿的重组并购收益起到了很大作用，占营业利润的27%。
2022前两季度营收下滑9%，营业利润下滑16.3%，净利润下滑43%，果然2021年的暴增不可持续。
目前市盈率4.2，市盈率TTM已经达到惊人的53，猛一看似乎不应该这么高。仔细查看资产负债表发现一个很麻烦的问题，2021年虽然净利润达到了4.95亿，但是两类优先股派息就达到了3.8亿，普通股股东只剩下1.2亿。
2022前两季度净利润8500万，优先股派息后净利润仅剩1000万，这个负担压着，全年归属普通股股东净利润也就两三千万，对应市盈率14 ～ 21，也非常高。
目前看完全没有吸引力。
