Whitelist users in pilot areas selected by digital RMB operators can register for the App. At present, the designated operators of digital RMB include ICBC, Agricultural Bank Of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Postal Savings Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, WeBank, Internet Merchant Bank, etc.; pilot areas include Shanghai, Hainan, Changsha, Xi'an, Qingdao, Dalian, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiongan New area, Chengdu and Beijing Winter Olympic site.
