Vinergy subscribed for 536,000 shares at $0.90 in Nurosene Health Inc. while the company was private. Nurosene went public on June 9^th, 2021 and has seen tremendous growth since then with numerous exciting catalysts. Vinergy was able to divest of its position at an average of $1.51 per share resulting in a 67% return on investment.

Eat Well Group is a publicly-traded investment company primarily focused on high-growth companies in the agribusiness, food tech, plant-based and ESG (environmental, social and governance) sectors.
