The chips are made with 100% Canadian corn flour and are trans fat free, cholesterol free and gluten-free. The company chose a cantina style tortilla to differentiate itself in the market and this cantina style tortilla is first baked then fried which minimizes the oil absorption and produces a pure and authentic flavour.
