Apple Inc said that when the tax rate or foreign exchange rate changes, prices in some parts of the App Store will sometimes be updated, and the income of developers will also be adjusted. In the next few days, the prices of items purchased in App and App (except automatic renewal subscriptions) in App Store in the following regions will be increased:
Thailand: new VAT of 7% for developers outside Thailand
Bahamas: new VAT of 12%Turkey
Apple Inc pointed out that the developer's income will be adjusted accordingly and will be calculated according to the price excluding tax. The section in Appendix B of the paid App Agreement indicating that Apple collects and remits applicable taxes in these areas has been updated.
IT House has learned that the "Price and sales range" section of my App will be updated as soon as the above adjustments take effect. Developers can change the price of items purchased in App and App (including automatic renewal subscriptions) in App Store Connect at any time. If developers provide subscription items, they can choose to keep the current price for existing subscribers.
