Goldman SachsSaid investors should weather the turmoil in the cryptocurrency sector by buying shares in Coinbase.
Weinans (Will Nance), an analyst at Goldman Sachs, gave a buy rating to the cryptocurrency exchange on Monday. In a report to clients, he said Coinbase was the best way to get in touch with the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Coinbase went public through a direct listing on April 14, and its shares have been struggling after an initial surge. Coinbase rose above $400 on its first day of trading, but its shares closed at nearly $224 on Friday.
