Bursa Suspends Pertama Digital's IDSS
On Oct 5, Bursa have maintained the company's Lower Limit Price at RM0.785 due to the counter trading at Static Limit Down prices for two consecutive trading days.Bursa Securities announced that the short selling under the Intraday Short Selling (IDSS) for Pertama Digital Bhd has been suspended for the rest of the day.
吉隆坡证券交易所宣布，针对Pertama Digital Bhd的即日空头卖出（IDSS）将在当天剩余时间内暂停。
"The suspension is due to the last done price for the company dropped more than 15% or 15 sen from its reference price.
“这一暂停是由于该公司最后成交价较基准价下跌超过15%或15仙。”
"The short selling will only be activated on Wednesday (Oct 9) at 8.30am," Bursa said.
吉隆坡证券交易所表示，“即日空头卖出将只在周三（10月9日）早上8时30分开始。”

The stock took a sharp dive from RM2.07 to close at RM0.78 on last Friday closing, Bursa had issued an Unusual Market Activity query on the drop with the group responding that it is unaware on the reasons for the sell-off and assured stakeholders that the company remains strong and well positioned for sustainable growth.
该股票从马币2.07急剧下跌至上周五收盘价马币0.78，吉隆坡证券交易所就此下跌发出了一个飞凡市场活动质询，集团回应称对于抛售原因不知情并向利益相关方保证公司依然强势并处于可持续增长的有利位置。
Notably, the group has received an extension of time from Bursa to submit its regularisation plan by the first week of February 2025. This extension will allow Pertama Digital to finalise several key initiatives, including the proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in Kridentia Tech Sdn Bhd.
值得一提的是，该集团已获得吉隆坡证券交易所延长时间，将于2025年2月第一周前提交其公司正规化计划。这一延期将使Pertama Digital能够完成几项关键举措，包括拟议收购Kridentia Tech Sdn Bhd的控股权。
