Pearson plc has announced the acquisition and subsequent cancellation of 713,402 of its own shares at an average price of 959.11p, as part of its ongoing share buy-back program. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange through Citigroup Global Markets Limited on May 20, 2024, with prices ranging from 955.40p to 963.80p.
