Ryanair Holdings (RYAAY) has released an update.
Ryanair Holdings PLC has announced the addition of Jinane Laghrari Laabi and Amber Rudd as non-executive directors to its Board, effective from July 1st, 2024. Laabi brings expertise from her time at McKinsey & Co. and as a director of Aluminium Du Moroc, while Rudd offers experience from her tenure as a UK Minister and as a director of Centrica plc. The appointments are expected to contribute substantial business, political, and market knowledge to Ryanair’s ambitious growth plans for the upcoming decade.
