Alset International Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 30, 2024, with Chairman Mr. Chan Tung Moe confirming a quorum and the participation of the Board of Directors. The FY2023 Annual Report and AGM Notice were previously circulated to shareholders, with voting conducted by proxy and all resolutions decided by a poll, as per the Company’s Constitution. Shareholders were also given the chance to submit pre-meeting comments and questions.
