American Aires Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $2.75 million through the sale of units at $0.95 each, including a common share and a five-year warrant. The funds are earmarked for marketing, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The offering, managed by Eight Capital, also involved compensation options and corporate finance fee warrants with the same terms as the units sold.
