Shell plc (UK) has announced the purchase of its own shares for cancellation on May 16, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back program which was first revealed on May 2, 2024. The transactions were carried out across multiple trading venues in both GBP and EUR, adhering to the preset parameters of the buy-back program under UK and EU market regulations. The buy-back will be independently managed by BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC through both on- and off-market transactions until July 26, 2024.
