Ryanair Holdings PLC has reported a notification of major holdings indicating a recent acquisition or disposal of voting rights by FMR LLC. The notification reveals that the threshold crossed is 3%, with FMR LLC now holding a total of 2.97% of the voting rights as of May 15th, 2024. This change is a slight decrease from the previous notification’s position of 3.13% total voting rights.
