(“Guangdong Nata”) and Gansu Nata New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Gansu Nata”) projects. Guangdong Nata and Gansu Nata each plan to sign “contracts” with Yuanjun Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (“Yuanjun Zhejiang”) and OneJoonPolandSP.zo.O (“Yuanjun Poland”) to separately purchase a set of related components for thermal equipment used in carbon fiber production from the above two suppliers.
Among them, Guangdong Nata will purchase a set of relevant parts for thermal equipment used in carbon fiber production from Yuanjun Zhejiang. The total contract price in the notice of winning the bid is RMB 19.775 million (tax included). A set of relevant components for thermal equipment used in carbon fiber production was purchased from Yuanjun Poland. The total contract price in the notice of winning the bid was 4.214,400 euros (this price is a fixed net price). Guangdong Nata will use the above equipment and related components to assemble a set of thermal equipment for carbon fiber production. Guangdong Nata will use its own funds to pay the above amounts.
In addition, Gansu Nata will purchase a set of relevant parts for thermal equipment used in carbon fiber production from Yuanjun Zhejiang. The total contract price for the winning bid notice is RMB 22.526,600 (tax included). A set of relevant components for thermal equipment used in carbon fiber production was purchased from Yuanjun Poland. The total contract price in the notice of winning the bid was 5,046,400 euros (this price is a fixed net price). Gansu Nata will use the above equipment and related components to assemble a set of thermal equipment for carbon fiber production. Gansu Nata will use its own funds to pay the above amount.
