Vox Royalty Corp. has successfully acquired a diverse portfolio of four Australian mining royalties and a production-linked milestone payment for A$4.7 million, which is anticipated to generate significant revenue from 2026, particularly from the gold-rich Castle Hill project. The acquisition notably increases Vox’s holdings in assets managed by major operators like Evolution Mining, providing investors with increased exposure to gold, copper, and other critical metals. This strategic move also consolidates the company’s focus on stable jurisdictions, with over 80% of its royalties now in Australia, Canada, and the USA.
