The Association of Dealers Association has approved the registration of this medium-term note. The main contents are as follows:
1. The registration amount for construction real estate medium-term notes is 1.34 billion yuan. The registration amount is valid for 2 years from the date of payment of the notice, and is underwritten by Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. 2. Construction real estate can issue medium-term notes in instalments during the registration period. After registration is accepted, if they need to be filed for issuance, they should first file with the Dealers Association. Construction real estate shall be distributed and managed in accordance with the decisions of competent authorities and relevant management requirements. After the issuance is completed, the distribution results shall be disclosed through channels approved by the Dealers Association. The funds raised in the above medium-term notes are intended to be used for project construction, etc.
