Standard Chartered PLC has revised its voting rights policy, granting one vote per ordinary share following the approval of amendments at its recent AGM. Additionally, the company has executed a share buy-back program, purchasing over a million of its own shares, which affects the total count of voting rights now standing at 2,583,474,266. Shareholders may need to adjust their notifications of interest according to the new total voting rights figure.
