InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has executed a share buy-back transaction on May 10, 2024, purchasing 28,111 of its own shares at prices ranging from £78.7400 to £79.6600 per share, with an average price of £79.3043. The company plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
