Newmark Property REIT (AU:NPR) has released an update.
BWP Trust is set to finalize its takeover of Newmark Property REIT by moving to compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares after securing 93.05% interest. NPR Securities will be suspended from trading on the ASX on May 20, 2024, ahead of the expected delisting on May 23, 2024. Shareholders are urged to accept the offer before May 17 to expedite their Offer Consideration, as any remaining shares will be acquired compulsorily.
