RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has engaged in a significant share buyback, acquiring 200,864 of its own ordinary shares via UBS AG London Branch, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases their total treasury holdings to 33,977,137 shares, while the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 1,874,357,839, excluding those held in treasury. Overall, since the start of the year, RELX PLC has bought back 14,264,944 ordinary shares.
