Resmed Inc CHESS Depositary Interests on a ratio of 10 CDIs per ord.sh (AU:RMD) has released an update.
Resmed Inc has announced an update to the foreign exchange rate for its upcoming dividend, which will affect holders of its Chess Depositary Interests (CDIs) trading on the Australian Securities Exchange. The new rate will be 0.6621 U.S. dollars for every Australian dollar, with a dividend payout of 0.0725 AUD per CDI. Australian residents can benefit from a reduced withholding tax rate of 15% instead of the default 30% by submitting the required forms to Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited.
