After the Stock Exchange implemented a simplified transfer mechanism, eligible GEM issuers were transferred to the main board listing in accordance with Chapter 9B of the Main Board Listing Rules. The board of directors announced that on May 9, 2024, the company submitted an official application to the Stock Exchange to apply for shares to be listed on the Main Board and allowed to trade by way of transfer listing in accordance with Chapter 9B of the Main Board Listing Rules. The proposed transfer listing would not involve the company issuing any new shares.
