Pearson plc (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 390 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 1,000 pence each, as part of its ongoing stock buyback program initiated on March 1, 2024. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange via Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
