Scentre Group reports a robust start to 2024, with a 2.4% increase in sales from business partners and a 99.2% occupancy rate across their portfolio. Despite the tragic event at Westfield Bondi, the company has shown resilience with customer visitations and sales at Bondi bouncing back to previous year levels. The company reaffirms its Funds From Operations growth projection at 3.0% to 5.4% and anticipates a distribution growth of at least 3.6% for the year.
