Go Metals Corp (TSE:GOCO) has released an update.
Go Metals Corp. has announced a new private placement offering of up to 1,111,111 flow-through shares at $0.09 each to raise $100,000 for funding exploration on its Quebec critical metal projects. The placement is expected to close on May 15, 2024, and will include a 7% cash and finder’s warrant fee, with securities subject to a four-month hold period. The company focuses on developing sustainable Canadian critical metal projects, including nickel-copper sulphide targets in Québec.
