Wang Chu resigned as secretary of the company's board of directors and financial director due to job transfers. After his resignation, Wang Chu will no longer hold any position other than a member of the company's party committee and vice chairman. The board of directors agreed to appoint Sui Bing as the company's financial director. The term of appointment is from the date of review and approval by the board of directors to the date the new board of directors is formed.
