TotalEnergies SE has announced the commencement of first oil production at Eldfisk North, ahead of schedule, in the North Sea. The project, which is expected to peak at 15,000 barrels per day, showcases the company’s commitment to efficiency and sustainability with low break-even and greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, it has generated thousands of jobs, with a majority of contracts awarded to Norwegian companies.
