The maximum transaction price was 22.60 yuan/share, and the minimum transaction price was RMB 16.81 million per share. The total payment amount of RMB 101 million (excluding transaction fees) had already exceeded the minimum repurchase capital limit of RMB 100 million (inclusive of transaction fees) in the repurchase plan ) and did not exceed the maximum total repurchase capital of RMB 200 million (inclusive).
