Zhitong Finance App News, Bityuan Universe (08645) announced that recently, Smart Digital Human Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, obtained a brand distribution license from OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., a well-known Chinese mobile phone brand company, and has the right not exclusively to sell OPPO/ONEPLUS brand mobile phones, Internet of Things (IoT) products, accessories, audio, wearables, tablets and other products to Suning Tesco Group Co., Ltd., a well-known Chinese e-commerce retail service platform company. The contract period for the brand's distribution license is 2 years, starting April 1, 2024 and ending on March 31, 2026. After the license period expires, the two parties can extend the cooperation period if they wish to continue cooperating.
This is the first time that the group has obtained sales authorization from a well-known mobile phone brand company. The board of directors believes that this cooperation has provided the Group with commercial experience to further expand cooperation with other well-known brand companies and e-commerce sales platforms, and also lays the foundation for the Group to further develop its e-commerce business in China. Accordingly, the Board of Directors believes that entering into such cooperation is in the overall interest of the Company and its shareholders.
