Malaysian shares ended higher for the fourth straight session on Tuesday. The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI, the main gauge of Malaysian stocks, added 8.29 points to end 0.52% higher at 1,605.68 at the close.

The combined sales for the first four months of 2024 rose to 50,175 units, from 49,702 units sold in the year-ago period.
