Orient Capital Investment Limited (08001) announced that on May 3, 2024, the subscriber Orient Capital Investment Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a subscription agreement with the fund Orient Global Master SPC. The subscribers agreed to subscribe for participating shares in the independent portfolio Orient Global Opportunity SP1 (an independent portfolio of the fund), with a total subscription amount of USD 300,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 300,000) HK$2.34 million).
The Group subscribed to the Fund's independent investment group for cooperative investment purposes. The directors believe that the subscription matters will help the Group to balance and diversify its investment portfolio, thereby achieving potential capital appreciation. Through subscription matters, the Group can reduce direct investment risk through the fund's independent portfolio and professional management of the investment manager.
