Aterian PLC has issued £500,000 in convertible loan notes to fund its critical metal exploration efforts in Morocco, Rwanda, and Botswana, enhancing financial flexibility. Simon Rollason, a company director, and Altus Exploration Management Limited, a major shareholder, have both invested in the notes and simultaneously sold shares in the company. The capital raised is intended to support strategic initiatives and the Agdz drill program, with company leadership expressing gratitude to investors for their support.
